Elite Tourism Liaison acts as a Partnerships Manager and serves National, Regional and City Tourism Boards or Airports and serves as a strategic bridge with any airline and/or (PR) Agent and coordinates marketing activities to promote tourism to the destination represented by the Tourism Boards/Airports.
Key objectives:
Promote the destination through integrated marketing initiatives at key touchpoints
Meeting the right time to market: Ensure deadlines are met.
Enhance first impressions: Inspire potential tourists to travel to the destination promoted, by positioning the destination as attactive, accessible and unique.
Drive visitor conversion by transforming the inspired public into engaged tourists, resulting in support for the local economy.

Tourism Boards/Airports and Airlines have mutual interest in promoting a destination. The tourism board wants "heads on beds" and the airline wants "bumbs on seats". Having the marketing coordinated by Elite Tourism Liaison takes work from your hands and decreases the preparation time before implementation.

Ensure Airlines and/or (PR) Agents actively promote the destination as agreed through their marketing channels
Receiving Tailor made proposals: Marketing proposals will be delivered with all info and KPI's required by the tourism board or airport. Elite Tourism Liaison will do the initial checks before submitting the proposal to the Tourism Board/Airport.
Right time to market: For different reasons deadlines for submitting content for promotions to be implemented are often missed by either party, which means that the activation of the promotion needs to be postponed or even has to be cancelled. Elite Tourism Liaison will monitor the deadlines to be met in order to secure meeting the right time to market.
